All Orivex Labs orders are dispatched discreetly and intended strictly for science laboratory and research use. Here’s how shipping works, from processing to delivery.

Discreet packaging
Your privacy matters to us. All orders are securely packaged in neutral, unbranded materials, with no product names, logos, or identifying details visible on the outside.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (not guaranteed):
- Domestic: 2–4 business days
- Singapore: 2–3 business days
Customs, delays and lost packages
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Orivex Labs is not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections or clearance procedures. Customers are encouraged to review their local import regulations and requirements before placing an order.
Once a shipment has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Orivex Labs cannot be held responsible for theft, misplacement, or loss occurring after delivery.
If a package is lost or goes missing while in transit, please contact us so that we can assist with submitting a claim to the relevant carrier.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any additional shipping or re-delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Confidentiality
We treat all customer and order information with strict confidentiality. Your order and shipping details are only shared with trusted logistics providers when necessary to facilitate delivery and are not disclosed to unrelated third parties.
