We collect only what we need to process and deliver your order:

  • Contact and delivery details you enter at checkout, such as your name, email address, phone number and shipping address.
  • Order details, including the products you buy and your order history.
  • Payment receipts you upload to confirm your bank transfer. We do not collect or store your card details or online banking login.
  • Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
  • Technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, verify your payments, send order and shipping updates, respond to your questions, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We treat all customer and order information with strict confidentiality. Your details are shared only when necessary:

  • Logistics providers, to deliver your order.
  • Service providers that host and run our website and email on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities, where we are required to by law.

Your information is not disclosed to unrelated third parties.
